Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyuzo Mifune (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stan Best (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Best gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Mifune postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Best is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Mifune, into his guard.
Best postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Mifune trying to keep a closed guard but Best is proving a slippery customer.
Best wants to control from the top but Mifune keeps moving.
Best throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Mifune is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Best defends well.
Best landing with the ground and pound.

Mifune looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Best scoring with punches to the head and body.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Best is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Mifune has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Best is looking to defend but Mifune has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Best! Mifune pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Best taps out and this one is all over!
