Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jestan Tsemppu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Greg Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jestan Tsemppu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Greg Anderson!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson avoids the head kick by Tsemppu.

Tsemppu tries to keep at a distance but Anderson has taken the fight into the clinch.

Anderson will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Tsemppu up against the cage.

Tsemppu regains half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Anderson is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Anderson wants to advance to full mount but Tsemppu doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Anderson stands and steps away. Tsemppu gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Anderson has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Tsemppu's face.

Tsemppu fails with the takedown

and Anderson counters by moving into the clinch.

Anderson has hold of Tsemppu's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Tsemppu tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Anderson cranks the arm and Tsemppu screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Tsemppu, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
