The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
KwonDo wants to clinch.

Nice uppercut lands for Meatstock. That snapped KwonDo's head back.
Rex KwonDo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

KwonDo tries to clinch there but Meatstock circles away.

KwonDo shoots in looking for a takedown. Meatstock tries to sprawl out of it but KwonDo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Meatstock manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Meatstock throws a lazy right hand but KwonDo sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for KwonDo. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Lou Meatstock showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
KwonDo with shots to the head and body - Meatstock looks very uncomfortable down there.

That has opened up Lou Meatstock's cut even more.
Meatstock really doesn't want to stay on the ground with KwonDo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
KwonDo connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

The cut above Lou Meatstock's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Lou Meatstock's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Lou Meatstock's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
