PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Whisky Dan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pointon Slavey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dan comes to the cage accompanied by "I'm a man" by Black Strobe. Slavey has chosen I Predict A Riot as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Pointon Slavey!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksandr Martynov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dan on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Slavey tries to bum rush Dan with a series of wild strikes but Dan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Dan closes the distance and clinches up with Slavey, looking for a takedown. Dan pushes Slavey against the cage but Slavey circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Dan takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Slavey cracks Dan with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Dan tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Slavey pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Dan is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
