The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Alexandre Firmino and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hamster steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Alves.
Alves throws a hook to the side of Hamster's head but Hamster sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A punch combination from Hamster misses.
Hamster gets caught flat footed, as Alves shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Alves with a flurry of punches that miss.
Alves drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Hamster dives on top into guard.
Hamster stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Hamster stuffs the takedown attempt from Alves. Alves gets slowly back to his feet.
Alves closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hamster circles away.
Hamster connects with a looping right hand.
Hamster scores with a sloppy right hand. Alves should have avoided that one.
Hamster lands a nice hook to Alves's body. Alves takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Alves throws a series of punches but Hamster moves out of range.
Hamster throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hamster lands a lovely overhand right.
Hamster drops Alves with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Alves! Hamster dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
