Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Con Dumas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitali Emeliananko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dumas gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Emeliananko to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Dumas working for a triangle but Emeliananko defends it easily.
Emeliananko wants to control from the top but Dumas keeps moving.

Emeliananko avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Dumas has his foot on Emeliananko's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Emeliananko works his way back into a safe position though.

Dumas had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Emeliananko defends it easily.
Emeliananko postures up and lands a big shot to Dumas's brow.

Emeliananko thows a big elbow that misses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dumas not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Emeliananko is looking to work some ground and pound but Dumas has wrist control.

Emeliananko drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Emeliananko jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Dumas has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Emeliananko can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Emeliananko is working for a kimura but Dumas is defending it quite comfortably.
Dumas is refusing to be controlled, as Emeliananko sits in half guard.

Dumas has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Emeliananko. Oh but Dumas has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Emeliananko goes limp - he's gone! Dumas jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
