Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lidel Castro!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Winston Howard and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castro tries to land a leg kick but Grepp saw it coming and moves away.
Grepp shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Castro but Castro pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Grepp scores a takedown into full mount!

Grepp looking to control but Castro is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Grepp is working for a guillotine from mount but Castro frees his head quite easily.
Castro tries to lock up and control but Grepp gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Grepp can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Castro is looking to escape.
Grepp is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Castro can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Grepp is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Castro has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Castro!

Castro has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Grepp is proving hard to escape from.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Grepp had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Castro defends it easily.

Grepp fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Castro avoids it really well and circles away.
Castro lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Castro.

Castro will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Castro cracks Grepp with a right hand to the side of the head.
Grepp shoots for a double leg takedown but Castro sprawls well. He's pushed Grepp's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Castro looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Castro scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Castro stalks Grepp and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Grepp's face. Grepp staggers backwards, shaken.

Grepp shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Castro's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Grepp shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Castro as he jumps to the side.

Grepp throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Castro's waist but Castro gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Grepp off to one side.

Grepp has his feet on Castro's thighs here. He's pushed Castro off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Castro screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
