The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasiljev tries to clinch but Perculov moves out of range.
Vasiljev fails with an attempt to clinch.
Perculov is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Perculov circles away from the clinch attempt.
Vasiljev tries to close the distance and clinch but Perculov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Perculov fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Vasiljev avoids it really well and circles away.

Perculov bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Perculov misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Perculov cracks Vasiljev with a big right hand but Vasiljev just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Perculov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Vasiljev walks away with a smile on his face. Perculov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Perculov wants to control the pace but Vasiljev is squirming around nicely.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Vasiljev's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Perculov sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Perculov throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Perculov won't let Vasiljev get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Vasiljev's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Perculov lands a big elbow.
Perculov tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Vasiljev is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Gustov Perculov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
