Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Samuel Fisher!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Bruno Hogan and Hugh Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Turpitudo feints and as Fisher raises his hands in defense, Turpitudo changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Fisher wants to stand and escape but Turpitudo is having none of it.
Fisher keeping moving, preventing Turpitudo from controlling successfully.
Turpitudo passes Fisher's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Fisher is trying to escape back to his feet but Turpitudo uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Fisher is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Fisher is trying to escape the position but Turpitudo is controlling the position.

Turpitudo looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Turpitudo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Turpitudo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Turpitudo tries to advance to mount but Fisher denies him.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fisher is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Turpitudo thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Fisher tries to escape but Turpitudo is in control.

Turpitudo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Turpitudo is working to tighten is grip on Fisher's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Fisher has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Turpitudo is really squeezing tight and eventually Fisher passes out! Turpitudo breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
