Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pain Peters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Masahura Yakisoba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peters comes to the cage accompanied by BringThe Pain. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pain Peters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Masahura Yakisoba!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yakisoba misses the shot to the body.
Peters tries to clinch there but Yakisoba circles away.
Peters fails in his attempt to clinch.
Yakisoba with a body punch. A glancing blow.

Peters shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Peters was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Yakisoba wants to hold on but Peters pushes him away.
Yakisoba really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Peters wants to finish this one by submission but Yakisoba is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Peters.

Peters goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Yakisoba turns into him and now he's in Peters's guard.
Yakisoba wants to pass the guard but Peters is keeping the position.
Yakisoba slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Yakisoba stopping the sweep attempt from Peters.

Peters is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Yakisoba is aware though and is defending well.

Yakisoba got a little sloppy there for a moment and Peters has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Yakisoba has managed to get both his arms back between Peters's legs - danger averted.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Yakisoba trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Peters controls Yakisoba momentarily but Yakisoba frees himself.

Yakisoba decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Peters, up you get!
Peters shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Yakisoba looks to land a combination but Peters avoids it well.
Yakisoba takes a swing at Peters's ribcage but misses.
Yakisoba throws a right hand that Peters ducks under and follows up with a left that Peters also avoids with ease.
Yakisoba swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Peters tries to close the distance and clinch but Yakisoba swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Peters shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Yakisoba defends it nicely.
Yakisoba cracks Peters with a good jab.
Peters avoids the head kick by Yakisoba.
Yakisoba scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Yakisoba closes the distance and clinches.
Yakisoba lands a nice shot to the body.
Peters is trying to stall.
Yakisoba makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Peters controlling the action here for a moment.

Yakisoba lands with a right to the head.
Peters changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Yakisoba fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pain Peters. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Peters tries to clinch up.

Peters drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Yakisoba holds on to Peters's head and controls the position momentarily.

Peters working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Yakisoba can't do much from the bottom here.

Yakisoba is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Peters is staying active.
Yakisoba wants to get back to his feet but Peters drags him back down.

Peters wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Yakisoba, who protects the arm well.
Yakisoba gets back to half guard.

Peters is looking for a kimura but Yakisoba is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Peters to get the leverage.

Peters is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Peters is breathing heavily.
Yakisoba has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Peters is working away from the top position though.
Peters looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Yakisoba trying to hold on to Peters's head to control him but Peters postures up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Masahura Yakisoba will probably get the nod.
That's time! Peters's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Peters fails with a takedown attempt.
Good work by Peters as he checks the leg kick.
Peters tries to grapple but his opponent circles
letting Yakisoba counter with a right hand.
Peters misses with a takedown attempt - Yakisoba sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Peters closes the distance and clinches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A battle for position here, against the cage.
Yakisoba prevents the takedown attempt.

Peters can't get the takedown.

Yakisoba gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Peters.

Peters goes for a takedown in the clinch but Yakisoba prevents it.
Peters drops down looking for an ankle pick but Yakisoba pulls his leg out and moves away.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Peters doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Yakisoba has closed the distance and engaged Peters in a clinch.

Masahura Yakisoba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Peters is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Yakisoba has escaped the position, nice work there.
Yakisoba is trying to control Peters's posture but Peters avoids it.
Yakisoba sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Peters wants to work for an arm triangle but Yakisoba is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Yakisoba keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Yakisoba wants to get back to his feet.

Peters looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Peters maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Yakisoba could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Peters has cracked it and Yakisoba is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Peters!
