Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Thunder Lips (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Grace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thunder Lips has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lips shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Lips seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Grace does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Lips drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Grace manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Lips has Grace in his guard.

Grace really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lips. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Lips working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Grace doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Grace manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
