Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between One Time (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tamehameha Kamaaina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). One Time looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Time goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Kamaaina changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Time tries to avoid it but Kamaaina manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Time to the ground. Time escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Kamaaina shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Time's guard.

Time thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Kamaaina really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Time. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Time throws a head kick that half lands.

and Time counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Kamaaina is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Time misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Time is really struggling to control Kamaaina but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

so Kamaaina counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Time is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Time breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Time is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Kamaaina to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Kamaaina shrugs it off.

Tamehameha Kamaaina showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Time closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Time is keen to just control but Kamaaina is a slippery customer.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Time looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Kamaaina drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
