Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Vasiljev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ninja Shadowking (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shadowking has chosen like a toy soilder-eminem as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasiljev keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Shadowking fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Vasiljev sprawls well initially but Shadowking persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Shadowking is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Shadowking drops back, looking for a kneebar! Vasiljev looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Vasiljev looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Vasiljev!

and Shadowking counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Vasiljev thinking.
Shadowking changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Vasiljev tries to avoid it but Shadowking manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Vasiljev to the ground. Vasiljev escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Shadowking throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Vasiljev's waist but Vasiljev gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Shadowking off to one side.
