Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alex Karkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and denali fili (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that denali fili was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Ivan Kurochkin and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karkov scores with a jab. fili acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
It looks like denali fili has been cut.
fili waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Karkov.
Karkov fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
fili tries to move into range but Karkov moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Karkov rushes fili and presses him up against the cage.

Karkov pushes off an throws an elbow but fili leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Karkov blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Karkov misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from fili.

fili gets through Karkov's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for fili.
fili blocks the elbow strike.
Karkov misses with some punches.

fili fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
fili wants to get back to striking at distance but Karkov won't allow it.

Karkov lands a right hand.
That has opened up denali fili's cut even more.
Karkov pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Karkov scores with a nice strike.
fili shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Karkov connects with a good right hand that stumbles fili. fili circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Karkov getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
The cut above denali fili's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Karkov darts in and clinches fili up against the cage.
Karkov throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
fili avoids a wild elbow strike from Karkov.
Karkov lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at denali fili's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
