Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cameron Dollar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arthur Read (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cameron Dollar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Arthur Read!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Russell Pearce and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Read is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Dollar's half guard.
Dollar is looking to control Read's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dollar avoid being mounted?
Read looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Read throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Read takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Dollar wants to control but Read is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Read shoots in and bounces Dollar off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Read postures up in Dollar's guard and throws a big left but Dollar blocks it.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Arthur Read showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Read is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Dollar scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Arthur Read seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Read shoots in looking for a takedown. Dollar tries to sprawl out of it but Read keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dollar manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
