The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piang fails to land with a series of punches.

Hammond lands a big head kick that sends Piang tumbling to the mat! Hammond takes a step backwards and waves Piang back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Hammond manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Hammond goes for a takedown attempt but Piang pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Piang, as that shot connected.
Piang lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Hammond darts in and clinches Piang up against the cage.

Piang is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Well Hammond has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
