Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ricky Bobby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryuu Matsumoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Matsumoto feints and as Bobby raises his hands in defense, Matsumoto changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Matsumoto sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bobby's guard.

Matsumoto had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bobby defends it easily.

Bobby drops back looking for a leg! Matsumoto is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Matsumoto manages to kick Bobby off! Bobby jumps back into Matsumoto's guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Matsumoto has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Well Matsumoto has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
