Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Diego Lezema (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zambooki Hagans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Diego Lezema has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hagans takes one on the button.

Lezema fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hagans, pushing him back against the cage.
Lezema lands with a short shot to the head.
Lezema has Hagans pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hagans manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Hagans goes for a takedown attempt but Lezema pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Lezema really is a fat lump.

and Lezema counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Hagans is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Lezema wants to stand up but Hagans has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Lezema slips a nice elbow through Hagans's hands, connecting with Hagans's forehead.
Hagans tries to kick Lezema off but Lezema keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Hagans is in trouble now - Lezema has advanced to mount!

Lezema is trying to control but Hagans is trying to escape here - he's now mounted.

Hagans is controlling an arm, preventing Lezema from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Lezema might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
