The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cote III tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Freeman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cote III swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Cote III throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

It looks like Josh Freeman has been cut.
Cote III is looking to slow Freeman down with leg kicks.
Freeman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cote III.

Cote III lands a big head kick that sends Freeman tumbling to the mat! Cote III takes a step backwards and waves Freeman back to his feet - he wants the finish!
