The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rogan is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

orfundu is looking to stand up but Rogan isn't so interested in that idea.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if orfundu can do anything to dispel that myth.

orfundu has his feet on Rogan's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Rogan shoots for a double leg takedown but orfundu sprawls well. He's pushed Rogan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Rogan cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Rogan is going oldschool here, as he tries to force orfundu to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so orfundu shrugs it off.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Charlie Rogan.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Rogan, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
