Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pekka Lindmark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Pot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paul Pot is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pekka Lindmark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Paul Pot!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Radbod Blank and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Lindmark.
Lindmark really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lindmark tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Pot paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Pot throws a sloppy head kick and Lindmark moves out of range easily.
Pot closes the distance and clinches up with Lindmark, looking for a takedown. Pot pushes Lindmark against the cage but Lindmark circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Pot connects with a solid leg kick.
Lindmark chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Pot can pounce on him.
Lindmark tries to clinch up.
Lindmark's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Lindmark duly obliges.


It looks like Paul Pot has been cut.
Pot slips a jab and a cross from Lindmark.
Pot fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Pot misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pot throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lindmark's waist but Lindmark gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Pot off to one side.
Pekka Lindmark has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Pot.

Pot has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lindmark is working away from the top position though.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
