Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cha Cha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vadim Kharghai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kharghai has chosen The Offspring - Dirty Magic as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Cha Cha has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kharghai shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Cha sprawls well. Cha wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kharghai gets slowly back to his feet.
Cha jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Kharghai slips a straight right by Cha.
Kharghai slips under a jab.
Good standup being displayed there by Cha as he connects with a hook.
A jab from Cha misses.
Nice takedown defense from Kharghai. No joy for Cha on that attempt.

Cha Cha seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kharghai really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cha. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Cha shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Cha showed some decent athleticism there.
Cha has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Kharghai manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Cha thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kharghai's head.

Cha bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kharghai's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Cha misses with a few strikes there.

Cha lunges at Kharghai with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kharghai's hand.

Kharghai tries to hold on but Cha postures up.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Kharghai is fighting to break Cha's control of his arms but Cha is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Cha Cha is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Kharghai is looking to work some ground and pound but Cha has wrist control.

Cha is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kharghai is aware though and is defending well.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Cha Cha.
Well Cha has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
