The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Skip Squint and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hero throws a right and a left that Mansfield avoids nicely.
Mansfield looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Hero lands a big right hand that sends Mansfield crashing to the mat! Hero stays standing though and waves Mansfield back to his feet!
It looks like Jackson Mansfield has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hero fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Mansfield is out of range.
Mansfield is looking to clinch but Hero is avoiding it.
Hero misses with the combination.
Hero misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hero throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Mansfield throws a head kick but Hero moves out of range.
A left lands for Hero.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Hero fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Hero cracks Mansfield with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Hero has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Mansfield to stand back up!
Mansfield is rocked!
Jackson Mansfield's cut is getting worse.
Mansfield drops his hands momentarily. Hero doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Mansfield staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Mansfield doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). The Hero!
