Hayes comes to the cage accompanied by Slipknot-Surfaceing. Marko has chosen Smash as his entrance music. Billy Hayes is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marko shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hayes pinned against the cage. Hayes gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Marko is defended easily by Hayes.
Marko fails to land the takedown.
Billy Hayes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cain Marko.

Hayes throws a head kick that misses.
Hayes ducks under a wild hook from Marko.

Hayes lands a big head kick that sends Marko tumbling to the mat! Hayes takes a step backwards and waves Marko back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Cain Marko has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A punch lands to the side of Hayes 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Marko is still on wobbly legs! Can Hayes finish him?
Hayes swinging wildly here.
Hayes throws a big shot that misses.
Marko seems to have recovered his senses.
Marko tries for a takedown but Hayes sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Good leg kick by Hayes there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Cain Marko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Marko looks gassed!
Hayes misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Marko.
Hayes throws a quick inside leg kick.
Hayes throws an overhand right that lands on Marko's shoulder, as Marko tries to avoid the shot.
Hayes lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Marko is looking to close the distance but Hayes sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Marko crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Marko is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
