The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swayzey misses with a double jab.
Gammon misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Gammon fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Swayzey avoids it really well and circles away.
Gammon fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Ernest Gammon has been cut.
Swayzey connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Swayzey ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Swayzey lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Swayzey throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Gammon stumbling backwards into the cage! Gammon bounces back off the cage towards Swayzey, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Swayzey lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Swayzey celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
