Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kunwa Jiki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kake Randelin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Randelin closes the distance and pushes Jiki back into the cage.

Randelin creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Jiki's defenses.

Jiki turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Randelin pushes Jiki away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Jiki gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Randelin gets back to half guard.
Randelin has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jiki is working away from the top position though.
Jiki thows a huge punch but Randelin dodges it nicely.

Jiki wants to take a breather but Randelin is having none of it.

Jiki uses his free foot to push down on Randelin's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Randelin.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jiki prevents Randelin from getting the reversal.
Jiki unloads with some shots from mount but Randelin bucks and avoids them well.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Randelin moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Jiki has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Randelin is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
