Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abe Ward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bravo comes into the arena with timbuktu blaring out of the sound system. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bravo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Bravo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Ward is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Bravo, into his guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bravo is on top in guard.

Ward is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Bravo wants to pass the guard but Ward is keeping the position.

Bravo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Ward is looking for a triangle but Bravo pushes his legs off easily.

Bravo passes Ward's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Ward is in trouble now - Bravo has advanced to mount!
Bravo can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ward is looking to escape.
Bravo lands a big shot there that rocks Ward but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Ward is desperately trying to improve his position but Bravo has a good base and remains in mount.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Bravo is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Ward is surviving well by controlling Bravo's body position as best he can.
