Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nate Knuckles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knuckles kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Knuckle Sandwich. Henderson has chosen "Sandstorm" - Darude as his entrance music. Nate Knuckles has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Winston Howard and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Knuckles misses.
Henderson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Knuckles.

Henderson postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Knuckles is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Henderson, into his guard.
Knuckles is looking to stand up but Henderson won't let him.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Knuckles accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Knuckles controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Knuckles has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Henderson is proving hard to escape from.
Knuckles got a little sloppy there for a moment and Henderson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Knuckles has managed to get both his arms back between Henderson's legs - danger averted.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Knuckles wants to stand but Henderson has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Knuckles throws a nice looking combination but Henderson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Knuckles throws a right and a left that Henderson avoids nicely.
Knuckles scores with the left hand. Henderson knows he should have avoided that one.

Knuckles uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Henderson has time to react.

Knuckles will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Knuckles goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Henderson is rocked!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Knuckles dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Henderson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Knuckles defends it nicely.
Knuckles leaves Henderson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Knuckles lands a head shot.

Knuckles clobbers Henderson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Henderson shoots in for a takedown but Knuckles shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
