Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kolo Bolca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stefan Liv (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liv has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Stefan Liv acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liv looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bolca is fending him off so far but Liv persists. Nope, Bolca circles away and we're back to standing.
Liv avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bolca rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Liv moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Bolca throws a right and a left that both miss.
Liv tries to bum rush Bolca with a series of wild strikes but Bolca uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Bolca will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Liv drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bolca looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bolca looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bolca!
Liv can't do much from the bottom here.
Bolca tries to get to his feet but Liv is in the middle of advancing position himself and ends up with Bolca in his guard.

Liv seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Bolca decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Liv, up you get!

Liv takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Liv is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Bolca still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Bolca has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Liv is looking for a rear naked choke here but Bolca reverses the position brilliantly into Liv's guard!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bolca fails to land with a series of punches.

Liv takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Bolca is trying to force a seperation but Liv has the dominant position.

Liv drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bolca pulls his leg out and moves away.
Kolo Bolca has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stefan Liv.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Liv is defended easily by Bolca.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Liv accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Liv darts in and clinches Bolca up against the cage.
Liv tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bolca smiles and moves away.

and Liv counters with a three punch combo that has Bolca backing up. Bolca nods at Liv to acknowledge the strikes.

Liv misses with a takedown attempt - Bolca sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Stefan Liv comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
