Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chase Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Evans might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Deicide-Once Upon the Cross . Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Roberts takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Chase Evans seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Evans walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Roberts checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Roberts walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Evans scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Evans jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Roberts stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Evans.
Evans is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Roberts's half guard.
Roberts tries to roll over but Evans keeps him under control.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Roberts misses with an attempted mid kick.
Evans misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Roberts.
Evans avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Evans shoots in and drives through. Roberts sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chase Evans. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Roberts feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Evans sprawling to the canvas! Evans rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Roberts finish him?!
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Roberts. Evans shrugs it off though.
Evans is breathing heavily.
A head kick misses from Roberts.
Evans takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Evans circles away from the clinch attempt.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Roberts throws out a leg kick but Evans moves out of range and Roberts only half commits.
Evans throws an overhand right that lands on Roberts's shoulder, as Roberts tries to avoid the shot.
Evans blocks a low kick nicely.
Roberts doesn't manage to clinch there - Evans circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bruce Roberts dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Roberts tries to close the distance and clinch up but Evans swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Evans uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Roberts.
Evans takes a swing at Roberts's ribcage but misses.
Evans avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Roberts wants to clinch.
Evans fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Roberts manages to avoid it.
Evans shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Roberts counters with a head kick that wobbles Evans - left then right he sways and one more bomb from Roberts sends him down. This one is all over!
