Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Worandi shoots in for a double leg but Area sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Worandi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Area tries to avoid it but Worandi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Area to the ground. Area escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Worandi shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Worandi showed some decent athleticism there.
Worandi thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Worandi lands with a punch from half guard.
Area gets full guard.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Area has eaten all the pies!
Worandi throwing strikes but missing.
Worandi working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Area is on top in guard.
Area wants to control from the top but Worandi keeps moving.
Area stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Worandi swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Worandi on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Worandi tries to get out of the position.
Worandi wants to stand but Area is controlling the position.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Area is looking to advance position but Worandi has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Worandi thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Area is wriggling around trying to escape.

It looks like Hairy Area has been cut.

Area looks gassed!
Worandi cracks Area with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Worandi lands a big elbow.
Worandi looking to finish Area with some ground and pound. This is bad for Area!

Area is rocked!

The cut above Hairy Area's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Hairy Area's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Mustafah Worandi!
