The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ice lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Trucker circles away quickly and effectively.
Ice throws a body punch but Trucker moves out of range.
Ice tries to clinch up.
Ice misses with a few strikes there.
Ice wants to clinch.
Ice tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Ice really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Ice throws a sloppy head kick and Trucker moves out of range easily.
Ice doesn't manage to clinch there - Trucker circles away.
Ice is looking to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ice shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Ice wants to stand but Trucker has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Ice is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Trucker keeping moving, preventing Ice from controlling successfully.
Ice will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Trucker tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Trucker is trying to keep Ice in close.

Ice gets to his feet - Trucker follows without any prompting.
Ice throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Trucker.
Trucker avoids a punch combination nicely.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
A head kick misses from Ice.
Ice stalks Trucker and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Trucker's face. Trucker staggers backwards, shaken.
Ice throws a sloppy head kick and Trucker moves out of range easily.
Ice tries to clinch up.
Ice misses with a double jab.
Ice misses with a few strikes there.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Trucker has eaten all the pies!
Ice will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A shot to de liver by Ice. Beautiful body shot.
Ice throws the left hand but Trucker avoids the punch easily.
Trucker shoots in looking for a takedown. Ice tries to sprawl out of it but Trucker keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ice manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Trucker shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Ice is trying to defend but Trucker finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Trucker prevents Ice from improving his position.
Well, if Trucker is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Ice tries to get to full guard but Trucker has control of the leg.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Ice makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Ice.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Ice pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ice misses with a wild combination.
Trucker uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ice.
Baraka Ice is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Ice misses with a few strikes there.
Ice fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Ice drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Trucker can do anything to dispel that myth.
Ice is looking to advance position but Trucker has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Ice is desperately trying to improve his position but Trucker has a good base and remains in mount.
Trucker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ice. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Trucker tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Ice is working to get back to half guard.
Ice tries to hold on but Trucker postures up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Trucker prevents Ice from getting the reversal.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ice sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Ice trying to control but Trucker postures up.
Ice is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Trucker perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Trucker is keen to just control but Ice is a slippery customer.
Ice moves into full guard.
Trucker is breathing heavily.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Trucker trying to control but Ice is working from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Trucker is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Ice.
Trucker has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Trucker blocks the body kick.
Nice straight punches there by Ice. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Ice.
Ice moves in looking to clinch but Trucker pushes him off.

Trucker drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Ice is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Trucker takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Ice struggling a bit here.

Ice gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Ice regains full guard. Nicely done.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Ice manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Ice throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Trucker because Ice loaded up on that one.
Trucker holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Ice tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Ice can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Trucker is looking to escape.

Ice gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ice lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ice.
Ice throws a one two combo.
Ice throws a right hand that Trucker ducks under and follows up with a left that Trucker also avoids with ease.
Ice throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Trucker.
Baraka Ice is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Ice misses with a body shot.
Ice misses with a double jab.
Trucker swats away the attempt to clinch by Ice.
Ice tries to close the distance and clinch up but Trucker swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ice just misses with a punch to the body.
Terri Trucker has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Ice throws a right and a left that both miss.

Well Ice has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
