Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pera Pukama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johannes Sjogras (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pukama walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

It looks like Pera Pukama has been cut.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pukama is defended easily by Sjogras.
Sjogras throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sjogras pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Sjogras lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Pukama or not.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pukama is defended easily by Sjogras.
Pukama closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Sjogras works the jab nicely.

Sjogras lands a left and a right that send Pukama crashing to the mat, dazed. Sjogras thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Pukama is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sjogras fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Sjogras drops Pukama with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Pukama looks back up at him and smiles so Sjogras waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Pukama is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sjogras fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Pukama to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Pukama looks to clinch but Sjogras throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Pukama taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
