The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nelson throws a body punch but Gracie moves out of range.
Nelson throws a right hand that Gracie ducks under and follows up with a left that Gracie also avoids with ease.
Henzo Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gracie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Nelson is fending him off so far but Gracie persists. Nope, Nelson circles away and we're back to standing.

Gracie is rocked!
Gracie walks straight into a right hand from Nelson - that's dropped him! Nelson jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Gracie from any more punishment! Gracie complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
