Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Justin Laurin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Pierce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pierce has chosen Red Right Hand as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Kyle Pierce has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pierce avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Laurin wants to clinch up but Pierce keeps it at a distance.
Laurin misses with a head kick.
A head kick misses from Laurin.
Pierce scores with a jab to the jaw.
Laurin shoots in looking for a takedown. Pierce tries to sprawl out of it but Laurin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pierce manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Laurin takes one to the chin there.
Laurin fails with an attempt to clinch.
Pierce lands a with a good body shot.
Pierce slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Pierce connects with a single shot there.
Pierce is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Laurin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Horrible takedown by Laurin or perhaps it was just good defense by Pierce which made him look bad.
Laurin wants to clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Laurin looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Laurin shoots in but Pierce avoids the takedown attempt easily.
