The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Clark changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. jones looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
jones is trying to escape the position but Clark is controlling the position.
Clark fails to land a wild elbow strike.
A lull in the action here.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Clark looking to punish the body of his opponent here but jones is avoiding damage well.

jones is trying to get back to his feet.

Clark wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by jones, who protects the arm well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
jones tries to escape but Clark is in control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The ground and pound from Clark seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Clark thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Clark is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but jones is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

jones is pushing Clark's head away, looking to escape. Clark manages to hold on to the position though.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Clark wants to lay and pray for a moment but jones keeps working.

Clark is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, jones has escaped the position, nice work there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Zack Clark dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Clark moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Clark shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches jones napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Clark is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt jones will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Clark wants to lay and pray for a moment but jones keeps working.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Clark tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Clark has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

jones is not content to let Clark control the position.

Zack Clark showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Clark looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for jones!
Clark trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Clark throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for jones because Clark loaded up on that one.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Clark is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. jones can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Clark wants to finish this one by submission but jones is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Clark.
Zack Clark is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
