Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Locke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerry Springer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Donatello Bradman and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Springer.
Springer clobbers Locke with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Locke throws a right and a left that both miss.
Locke avoids a punch combination nicely.
Locke throws a lazy right hand but Springer sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Springer stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Locke tries to land a front kick but Springer steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Locke throws a combination that misses
and Springer counters with a one-two to the body.
Locke tries to clinch but Springer is having none of it.
Locke dives in and grabs Springer's left leg, looking for a takedown. Springer pushes down on Locke's head and hops out.
Locke throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Springer's waist but Springer gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Locke off to one side.

Springer can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Locke is looking to escape.

Locke is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Springer rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Locke moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
