Munahiki comes to the cage accompanied by JMT - Kublai Khan. Kamazuki Munahiki has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kamazuki Munahiki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Alexis Stone!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Munahiki.

Stone feints and as Munahiki raises his hands in defense, Stone changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Stone's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Munahiki bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Stone's guard.
Munahiki trying to control the position from guard on top but Stone is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Stone lands a nice short elbow.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Stone. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Stone lands a decent elbow from side control.
Munahiki gets back to half guard.
Stone is just content to waste time from the top position. Munahiki takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Munahiki will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Munahiki misses with a hook. Stone ducked under it nicely.

Stone shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Stone was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
