Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Minkail Kerimov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronny Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kerimov is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. The key to victory for Minkail Kerimov has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Torres.
Kerimov is breathing heavily.
Kerimov defending well as Torres loads up on a big left hand.
Kerimov leaves Torres with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Torres plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Torres closes the distance and clinches.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Kerimov is pressed up against the cage. Torres has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Kerimov down to the mat. Kerimov avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Torres tries to clinch but Kerimov moves out of range.
Torres gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kerimov to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Torres is adopting a defensive guard.
Kerimov has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Torres is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Kerimov has his hands clasped together but Torres extends an breaks Kerimov's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Torres.
