Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sean Trueman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buck Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Queens of the Stone Age - Goin Out West. Sean Trueman has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones drops Trueman with a nice combination! Jones dives into Trueman's guard, looking to finish!

It looks like Sean Trueman has been cut.
Jones with a flurry of punches that miss.
Jones postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Trueman might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Trueman is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Jones wants to control from the top but Trueman keeps moving.
Jones has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Trueman scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Jones paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jones waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Trueman. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Trueman to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Trueman is rocked!
Jones is looking to work some ground and pound but Trueman has wrist control.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Jones's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Sean Trueman's cut is getting worse.
Jones lands a couple of digs.
Oh Trueman is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jones trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Trueman seems to have got his legs back now.
Trueman is looking to stand up but Jones isn't so interested in that idea.
Jones wants to pass the guard but Trueman is keeping the position.

Jones stops Trueman from standing up.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Jones throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jones fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Trueman manages to avoid it.
Trueman looks to land a left hand but Jones moved out of range nicely.
Trueman doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Trueman is breathing heavily.
Jones moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Jones misses with a takedown attempt - Trueman sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Buck Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Trueman.

Jones lands with an overhand left.

Sean Trueman's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

A jab-cross combination lands for Jones and sends Trueman crashing to the mat! Jones follows him down to the mat - Trueman regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jones scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Trueman is trying to stand up here but Jones is controlling him well.
Jones drops an elbow to the side of Trueman's head.
Jones is nestled in close to Trueman, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Trueman tries to kick Jones off but Jones keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Jones is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Trueman doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jones.
Jones slips a nice elbow through Trueman's hands, connecting with Trueman's forehead.

Jones wants to stand up but Trueman has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Jones missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Jones stops Trueman from getting back to his feet.

Jones is trying to work for a kimura but Trueman is defending well.
Jones prevents Trueman from standing back up.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Jones throws a body punch but Trueman moves out of range.
Trueman throws a shot from downtown. Jones moves away and avoids it.
Jones connects with a crisp jab.

Jeez, Sean Trueman's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Sean Trueman's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
