Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Olof Hellstrom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and KnockYour AssOut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying AssOut's choice of entrance music: Hard Knock Life. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Steve Erwin and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
AssOut tries to clinch up but Hellstrom circles away and keeps his distance.
Hellstrom shoots in but no luck this time.
AssOut is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by AssOut!
It looks like Olof Hellstrom has been cut.
Hellstrom throws a head kick that misses.
AssOut tries for a takedown but Hellstrom circles away easily
and Hellstrom counters with a nice double leg into side control. AssOut won't be happy with that.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hellstrom tries to advance to mount but can't.
Hellstrom prevents AssOut from escaping the position.
AssOut is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

and Hellstrom counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in AssOut's guard now.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

AssOut tries to lock up and control but Hellstrom gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Hellstrom pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
AssOut tries to clinch up but Hellstrom circles away and keeps his distance.
AssOut pushes Hellstrom up against the cage in a clinch.
AssOut tries to pull guard but Hellstrom holds him up against the cage and eventually AssOut drops back down to his feet.
Hellstrom gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from AssOut.
Hellstrom breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Hellstrom stands up and beckons AssOut to join him on the feet.
AssOut shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hellstrom's guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

AssOut controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Hellstrom looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

AssOut thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hellstrom's head.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Hellstrom fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Olof Hellstrom is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
AssOut throws a left and a right that both miss
so Hellstrom counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Hellstrom closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Hellstrom gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
AssOut lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
AssOut shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hellstrom as he jumps to the side.
Hellstrom misses with a body kick.
AssOut rushes Hellstrom and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
AssOut manages to break the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
AssOut has managed to clinch.
Hellstrom escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hellstrom shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Hellstrom was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
AssOut tries to hold on but Hellstrom pushes him away.
AssOut is trying to escape the mount.
Hellstrom blocks AssOut's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hellstrom can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as AssOut is looking to escape.
Hellstrom cracks AssOut with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
AssOut tries to hold on but Hellstrom postures up.
Hellstrom looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
AssOut holds on for dear life.
AssOut is squirming around, avoiding Hellstrom's attempts to control the action.
And that's the end of the fight!
Olof Hellstrom showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hellstrom, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
