Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dingo Dongi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Lang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dingo Dongi could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mark Lang's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dongi feints and as Lang raises his hands in defense, Dongi changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Dongi looking to pass the guard.
Lang striking off his back but it's not causing Dongi any problems.

Lang is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dongi is aware though and is defending well.
Lang tries to strike from the bottom.
Dongi pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lang is keeping the position for now.
Dongi won't allow Lang to sweep him here.
Dongi wants to control from the top but Lang keeps moving.
Dongi postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
No luck for Dongi with that takedown attempt.
Dongi shoots in but no luck this time.

Lang shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dongi's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lang wants to control from the top but Dongi keeps moving.
Lang is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Dongi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lang on the ground.
Lang looking to sit in guard and control but Dongi gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Lang is trying to control the position from the bottom.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Lang throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Dongi is breathing heavily.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Dongi shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Lang is trying to defend but Dongi finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Dongi tries to pass to full mount but Lang defends it.
Dongi is looking to pass Lang's guard but actually Lang recovers to full guard.
Lang looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Lang bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dongi's guard.

Dongi keeping moving, preventing Lang from controlling successfully.
Dongi utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Lang wants to control from the top but Dongi keeps moving.
Lang might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Dongi kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Lang stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dongi swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Lang thows a big elbow that misses.
Lang trying to control the position from guard on top but Dongi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Lang shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Lang showed some decent athleticism there.
Dongi is refusing to be controlled, as Lang sits in half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mark Lang dominated that round.

Lang lands with a cross.
Dongi displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lang.
Dongi avoids the head kick by Lang.
Dongi tries for a takedown but Lang circles away easily

and Lang counters by moving into the clinch.
Lang working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Lang lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Dongi backwards.
Lang is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Lang escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lang lands a two punch combo.

Lang drives through with a takedown into guard.
Lang throwing strikes but missing.

Lang stands up and waves to Dongi to follow him.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Dongi keeps the fight on the outside.
Dongi blocks a head kick by Lang.
Lang lands a high kick!
Lang goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Lang throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Dongi's head.

Dongi is rocked!
The fighters circle, before Lang throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Dongi's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Lang lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
