Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Waldo Boss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Waldo Boss!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tyler Nelson!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, John Kavanagh and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boss shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nelson sprawls well. Nelson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Boss gets slowly back to his feet.
Boss throws a lazy right hand but Nelson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Boss darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Nelson has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Boss escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Boss!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Nelson isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Boss stacks Nelson on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Boss!

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Boss will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Boss shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Nelson pinned against the cage. Nelson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Nelson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Boss's waist but Boss gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nelson off to one side.

I would just about give that final round to Tyler Nelson.
Well Nelson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
