The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kukko tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Crocker paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Crocker is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

Kukko is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Crocker can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
You get the feeling that Crocker really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Kukko is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Crocker is surviving well by controlling Kukko's body position as best he can.

Crocker is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Kukko wants to finish this one by submission but Crocker is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Kukko.
Crocker has given up his back here. Will Kukko look for the submission or keep pounding away?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kukko is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Crocker knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Crocker for a finish.

Crocker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kukko. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
