The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White throws a right and a left that both miss.
Stuber Jr throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around White 's waist but White gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Stuber Jr off to one side.

Stuber Jr closes the distance and clinches up with White , looking for a takedown. Stuber Jr pushes White against the cage but White circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

White isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Stuber Jr stacks White on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Stuber Jr!

White rolls, trying to escape but Stuber Jr keeps control of the position.
White breaks Stuber Jr's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

White stands up and waves to Stuber Jr to follow him.
A head kick misses from Stuber Jr.
White throws a sloppy head kick and Stuber Jr moves out of range easily.
White looks to land a combination. Stuber Jr sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
White 's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and White duly obliges.
White tries to clinch there but Stuber Jr circles away.
Stuber Jr lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
White throws a series of punches but Stuber Jr avoids them all with ease.
Stuber Jr has his takedown stuffed

and White counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Stuber Jr is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of White 's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take White 's back!

Stuber Jr has worked his way into a potential kimura here. White is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Stuber Jr yanks on the arm and White is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Stuber Jr.
