Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGinn throws a right hand that Chay ducks under and follows up with a left that Chay also avoids with ease.
McGinn misses with an uppercut. Chay saw that one coming.
McGinn misses with a wild combination.
Chay showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from McGinn.
Chay needs to keep his hands up - McGinn had a free shot at his head there.
McGinn throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
No luck for Chay with that takedown attempt.
McGinn misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
McGinn throws a series of punches but Chay avoids them all with ease.
McGinn throws a series of punches but Chay moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McGinn throws a hook to the side of Chay's head but Chay sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
McGinn lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Chay circles away quickly and effectively.
Chay shoots in and drives through. McGinn sprawls well.
Mickey McGinn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chay closes the distance and clinches up with McGinn, looking for a takedown. Chay pushes McGinn against the cage but McGinn circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mickey McGinn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chase Chay.
McGinn misses the jab.

Chay shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Chay wants to lay and pray for a moment but McGinn keeps working.

Chay is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, McGinn has managed to free his arm - good work.
Chay winds up and cracks McGinn with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McGinn is trying to stand.
Chay is taking a breather. McGinn says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Chay is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Chay thows a huge punch but McGinn dodges it nicely.
McGinn tries to kick Chay off in order to stand up. Chay Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Chay throws an elbow but McGinn slips to the side and avoids it well.
McGinn tries to escape but Chay is in control.
Chay has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Chay is working to tighten is grip on McGinn's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. McGinn has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Chay is really squeezing tight and eventually McGinn passes out! Chay breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
