Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jordan whittiker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dutch Schaeffer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jordan whittiker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
whittiker tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
whittiker throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Schaeffer.
Jordan whittiker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
whittiker throws a head kick that misses.
Schaeffer shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with whittiker but whittiker pushes him off and we're back to square one.
whittiker throws a leg kick but Schaeffer sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Schaeffer lands a left and a right that send whittiker crashing to the mat, dazed. Schaeffer thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Jordan whittiker has been cut.

whittiker shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Schaeffer napping and manages to drive through into side control!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Schaeffer is looking for a sweep.
Schaeffer regains half guard.
It looks like whittiker is going to stand back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Schaeffer is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but whittiker pulls his head out easily.

Schaeffer wants to control but whittiker is keeping busy.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Schaeffer tries to get to full guard but whittiker has control of the leg.
whittiker wants to take a breather but Schaeffer is having none of it.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
whittiker takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Schaeffer fails with the takedown.
whittiker moves in looking to clinch but Schaeffer pushes him off.
whittiker tries to clinch up but Schaeffer circles away and keeps his distance.

Schaeffer has clasped his hands together around whittiker's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Schaeffer is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, whittiker has escaped the position, nice work there.
Schaeffer cracks whittiker with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Schaeffer tries to move into full mount but can't pass whittiker's legs.

whittiker sneaks out the side door and pushes Schaeffer away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
whittiker is looking to clinch but Schaeffer is avoiding it.

whittiker gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!
whittiker throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Schaeffer is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Schaeffer working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. whittiker doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. whittiker manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Schaeffer is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
whittiker slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

whittiker seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

whittiker wants to stand but Schaeffer has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
whittiker looking to sit in guard and control but Schaeffer gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Schaeffer drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Schaeffer jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

whittiker scrambles and gets back to his feet.
whittiker looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! whittiker's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

whittiker throws a series of punches but Schaeffer avoids them all with ease.
Schaeffer shoots in for a takedown but whittiker shows good takedown defense.
whittiker tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
whittiker tries to close the distance and clinch but Schaeffer swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
whittiker wants to clinch up but Schaeffer keeps it at a distance.
Schaeffer avoids the head kick by whittiker.

Schaeffer closes the distance and clinches.
whittiker misses with a hook to the ribs.

Schaeffer jumps into guard, dragging whittiker to the mat.
whittiker wants to control from the top but Schaeffer keeps moving.

whittiker has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Schaeffer to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! whittiker is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Schaeffer pulls down on the head and he's put whittiker to sleep! This one is all over!
