And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Alexander.
Rockovich connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Alexander's hands.
Rockovich defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Alexander.
Rockovich pivots, looking for a leg kick but Alexander is out of range and Rockovich settles back down.

Alexander tries to hold on but Rockovich postures up.
Alexander might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Rockovich kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Alexander manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Alexander is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Rockovich has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Rockovich!

That was a close round but I would say that Ronnie Rockovich will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Alexander throws a lazy right hand but Rockovich sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Alexander tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rockovich was well out of range. Poor timing from Alexander.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rockovich is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Alexander.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!


Alexander misses with a combination

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Rockovich is keen to just control but Alexander is a slippery customer.
Alexander is looking for a sweep. Rockovich is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Rockovich keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Alexander's efforts to push away.

Alexander seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Alexander lands an upkick as Rockovich stands over him.

Ronnie Rockovich showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Rockovich, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
