Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Mcadams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Casey Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rock has chosen Eye of the Tiger as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rock accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Mcadams lands a glancing blow to the side of Rock's head.

Rock has hold of Mcadams's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Mcadams manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
