Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ukko Ilmarinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Airaldi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ilmarinen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Konevitsan kirkonkellot. Airaldi has chosen Three days grace - Pain as his entrance music. Ricardo Airaldi has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Ukko Ilmarinen's chin.

Ilmarinen had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Airaldi is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Ilmarinen Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Airaldi's back instead.
Ilmarinen is trying to stick to Airaldi's back but Airaldi is turning into Ilmarinen. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Ilmarinen's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Airaldi.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Airaldi is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Ilmarinen drops back, looking for a kneebar! Airaldi looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Airaldi looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Airaldi!

Airaldi is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Ilmarinen is trying to escape and Airaldi transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Ilmarinen is forced to tap! Nice work there by Airaldi! Very nice indeed!
